£40,000 + Uncapped Commission (£80,000 OTE) + Car / Car Allowance
Elevation Recruitment Group are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in our clients security solutions division. Our client is committed to providing cutting-edge security solutions to the construction industry.
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for:
* Identifying and targeting key prospects within the construction industry
* Building and nurturing relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
* Understanding client needs and proposing tailored security solutions
* Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets
* Providing ongoing support and customer service to clients
Requirements of a Business Development Manager:
* Proven experience in business development or sales
* Experience selling CCTV or security into the construction industry
* Have developed and maintained key relationships with Site Managers and Quantity Surveyors
* A deep understanding of the construction industry and its unique challenges and opportunities
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Strong relationship-building abilities and a customer-centric mindset
* A results-driven approach and a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
