Mechanical Construction Manager
Oxfordshire – 3 month contract – £345 per day (outside IR35)
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Projects Director, the Mechanical Construction Manager will manage M&E subcontractors to undertake deconstruction and enabling works.
Will work closely with the principal contractor, the professional team and other trades to ensure an on‑time, snag‑free project and client satisfaction.
Will manage and administer the project in accordance with the client’s processes and quality assurance documents and procedures.
Qualifications
* Previously held a Construction Manager position on large multi‑million projects
* Current SMSTS or SSSTS and CSCS and first aid certificates
* Mechanical‑biased qualification
* Experience of NEC forms of contract
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
