About the Role
Join the HR team at our state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility in Hethel as a fixed‑term contract HR Advisor. You will support the business and its employees, working under the HR BP – Operations and Supply.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead employee relations – support investigations, hearing cases, and guide managers.
* Analyse HR data, identify key trends and themes and elevate them to HR Business Partners.
* Update HR policies in line with employment law changes.
* Update templates, forms and processes to meet business and policy needs.
* Support functional projects and initiatives as required.
* Ensure bi‑annual and annual performance reviews are completed and performance enhancement plans delivered.
* Provide coaching and advice to managers and employees.
Essential
* Experience at Advisor level.
* Self‑driven and proactive self‑starter.
* Innovative, creative, ‘can‑do’ approach.
* Ability to manage and prioritise a high volume of work.
* Excellent communicator who builds strong working relationships.
Desirable
* Level 3 or 5 CIPD qualification.

Additional Information
