As an Early Years Apprentice, you will work closely with our qualified staff to support and promote the development of children aged 0-5 years while gaining valuable on-the-job experience and training. Your Responsibilities: Assist in delivering high-quality care and education to children within the nursery. Support children’s learning and development through engaging and stimulating activities. Observe and assess children’s progress in conjunction with qualified staff. Maintain a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment for children. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues, building strong relationships. Requirements Requirements: A passion for working with young children and a commitment to learning. Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships. No prior qualifications are required, but a willingness to complete Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification during your apprenticeship. Basic literacy and numeracy skills are preferred. Ability to work as part of a team and contribute positively to the nursery environment.
