Miers Court Primary School is seeking to appoint a highly effective 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, to start from September 2025.
The successful candidate will have an attention to detail, will work to a high standard, and will seek to ensure a positive educational environment through their work. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support, helping the pupil to access the curriculum, develop confidence, and achieve their individual learning goals.
This is a part-time, fixed-term role, term time only, paid on the NJC payscale point D2, 4-11 (FTE £24,404 - £27,269 – actual salary calculated on a pro rata basis which equates to £13,787.90 - £15,406.58 per annum).
The working pattern will consist of 25 hours per week, Monday-Friday. This is a fixed-term, child-linked position that will cease when the child leaves the school.
