* Lead the design and delivery of backend services and APIs
* Mentor and manage a team of 3+ junior engineers
* Drive best practices in CI/CD, DevOps, and observability
* Collaborate across product, frontend, and data teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
What we’re looking for:
* Strong backend experience: .NET, Java, Node.js, or Python
* Proven API design, database, and cloud platform skills
* Hands-on leadership and team management experience
* Experience in startup or high-growth environments is a big plus
