English/Maths Lecturer

What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum Level 3 qualification in English or Maths
* A recognised teaching qualification
* Proven experience delivering high-quality teaching and learning
* Experience managing a team and driving high standards is desirable
* A learner-focused approach with excellent communication and organisational skills
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English or Maths to further education learners
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
* Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance processes
* Support student recruitment, guidance, and progression
* Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards across the department
