We are recruiting for a commercially focused Finance Director to join a growing, multi-site business.
This is a hands‑on role with full responsibility for the finance function, working closely with senior leadership to drive performance, improve profitability, and support strategic decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead all aspects of the finance function, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
* Provide commercial insight to support decision‑making and improve business performance
* Oversee financial controls, compliance, and governance
* Partner with operational teams to drive performance across multiple sites
* Support strategic planning, growth initiatives, and investment decisions
* Manage and develop the finance team
About You:
* Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role (Finance Director / Head of Finance)
* Strong commercial mindset with experience in multi‑site environments preferred
* Hands‑on approach with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally
* Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions
* Strong understanding of financial controls and cash management
