Responsibilities
* Lead projects that help healthcare organizations improve care for their patients.
* Coordinate end‑user training and ensure healthcare providers are fully supported during go‑live.
* Present to hospital leadership and manage project timelines and deliverables.
* Own the success of new Epic community members during software installations.
* Make important decisions autonomously while receiving guidance from senior leadership.
Qualifications
* No prior software experience required.
* Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
* Ability to travel throughout the UK and Europe and work in a multi‑site environment.
