Role Details:
You'll take on a full-time position under the supervision of passionate chefs, alongside your training. You will gain a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship and support the operation of our kitchens, ensuring quality and creating great moments for our guests.
What Your Apprenticeship Includes:
* Regular face-to-face and online catch-ups every 4-6 weeks
* On and off-the-job training, including workshops and webinars
* Reviews every 12 weeks with your Apprentice Line Manager and Trainer
* Feedback sessions to discuss progress
* Functional Skills in English and Maths (if needed)
* 30 hours paid work weekly

Wage Rates:
* £8.60 per hour for 16-20-year-olds
* £11.44 per hour for 21+ year-olds
Work towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months with Mitchells and Butlers.
