And you’ve probably built a decent track record doing that from an internal sales role, now you’re itching for more freedom, more visibility, and more action. You’ll be handed a warm list of prospects, genuinely, a huge list and given the space to run with it. They’ve grown significantly in the last few years, moved into a new premises, and they’re not slowing down. This Business Development Executive role is part of that next phase. The MD will back you, train you, support you, but they won’t micromanage you. It’s yours to shape….It’s yours to grow. And the earnings? Completely uncapped. To thrive here as Business Development Executive, you’ll need: A natural confidence with people (in person and on the phone). A head for technical products and a long-term sales mindset. The ability to record, track and follow up leads like a pro. A love of trade shows, meetings, and getting under the skin of what a customer really needs.
