Duties:
* Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies
* Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
* Operate espresso machines, blenders, and other equipment to prepare beverages
* Follow recipes and ensure consistency in beverage quality
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
* Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
* Assist with food preparation, such as baking pastries or assembling sandwiches
* Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences
Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
* Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and recipe measurements
* Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
