Job Advert Purpose of the role As part of the NEST Team at Police Care UK this role will focus on facilitating the smooth application, registration and contract management of both internal and external stakeholders in relation to the Network of Emergency Service Therapists (NEST). Collaboration with internal teams to streamline processes of both therapists and external organisations joining the network, ensuring accurate documentation checks, efficient enquiry management and completion of associated administrative tasks. Main responsibilities Working with the Clinical Manager to recruit therapists wishing to be part of the directory, screen and check credentials Working with appropriate partners to refine policies and procedures are developed as part of the project Support the development of legal and contractual agreements for organisations Work with the Charity’s Therapeutics Team to find suitable therapists for Police Care UK beneficiaries To test and improve new processes, and/or IT systems developed as part this project Work with cross functional team to support the development of CPD programme Interpret and produce statistics and reports on the programme To complete all administrative duties this role requires What we’re looking for: Ability to manage projects with a range of competing demands and working to deadlines. Ability to work in partnership with a wide range of stakeholders and to motivate participation in programmes. Strong communication skills and comfortable dealing with individuals at all levels. Comprehensive IT skills, incl. material preparation, word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and databases and excellent administrative and organisational skills Experience of working within the charity, volunteer or emergency services sector Experience of developing policies and guidance Experience working autonomously and on projects with multiple stakeholder Limitations This job description is neither exclusive nor exhaustive and the duties and responsibilities may vary from time-to-time in the light of changing circumstances and in consultation with the jobholder. The jobholder will be required to work within the rules and regulations of the Charity and accept the authority of the Strategic Programme Lead for Beneficiary Services, who has the discretion to delegate authority to the jobholder and to withdraw it.
