What will you be doing as a Conveyancing Paralegal?
* You will handle your work in an organised, and effective manner, whilst operating proactively to complete the auction packs referral process as promptly as possible.
* Obtain and check land registry documents and title deeds
* You will order pre-contract searches including local authority searches, water & drainage searches and any other searches that may be required
* Following initial review, you will identify which team the property needs to be allocated to
* Sending out documentation such as protocol forms to the seller for completion
* You will deliver an efficient and effective legal service; consistently delivering your monthly target within the required timeframes.
What are we looking for?
* Previous Conveyancing/Property Law experience (6 months minimum)
* Previous experience of office management systems and procedures
* Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
* Ability to complete assigned tasks effectively and promptly, working with a proactive approach.
* Ability to prioritise heavy workloads within tight time constraints.
