Thrive Group is excited to partner with a market-leading company based in Frome, actively seeking a Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
1. Serving as the main point of contact for customers regarding development, optimisation, and improvement projects from brief to launch.
2. Acting as the primary liaison between all departments to ensure the smooth launch of new products or changes within the factory.
3. Managing end-to-end packaging development, including process and legal checks, through to sign-off for development projects, design, or legal updates.
4. Organising industrial trials, communicating results, and following up on actions and improvements.
5. Ensuring compliance with production, quality, legal, and customer requirements.
What you will need to succeed:
* Experience in FMCG, Food manufacturing, Food transformation, or NPD.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and conduct customer meetings.
* Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to travel to client sites.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
* Educational background in food technology or food science (degree preferred).
