Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations - Reading, Cardiff or Perth
Salary: £50,100 - £75,100 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The Role
This is a lead role responsible for developing and monitoring a sustainable Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence capability across BE. This role is responsible for leading a team in identifying areas for tangible improvement and addressing these with visible results in terms of efficiencies, quality and minimised costs and waste.
You will
* Lead a team of qualified Continuous Improvement colleagues, maintaining and prioritising their work to achieve maximum value to Business Energy
* Work with senior stakeholders to build a pipeline of valuable future work aligned to financial and strategic KPIs
* Track and report against the portfolio of ongoing work to senior audience and inline with the business targets
* Take accountability for developing plans to roll out and maintain a new Organisational Excellence capability meeting senior leadership requirements and expectations
* Ensure that delivery quality is kept to a high standard managing and conforming to internal, auditable practices
You have
* Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement principles, Lean, Six Sigma and any associated qualifications
* Demonstrable team leadership with a track record in motivating teams to get solid results
* Experience building a pipeline of work and achieving financial targets
* Strong analytical, data and planning skills
* Strong presentation skills to director level
