A leading national law practice is expanding its Civil Liberties team and is looking to recruit a number of solicitors and fee earners. These roles offer the chance to work on complex, high-profile civil cases while contributing to meaningful outcomes for clients.
The Roles Fee Earners/Solicitors (Grade B+): Manage your own caseload and work on complex claims.
Assistant Fee Earner (Grade C+): Support senior team members on high-impact cases.
Candidate Requirements Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Litigation Executive
Experience in quantification of loss (e.g., serious injury, clinical negligence, industrial disease, or civil liberties)
Strong drafting and analytical skills
Exceptional client care, particularly when supporting vulnerable clients
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Nice to have: litigation experience or prior civil liberties work
