Sales Support - Maternity Cover 18 months

We are on the lookout for a passionate Sales Support Coordinator to join their thriving team based in Chessington. As a key member of the team, you will be instrumental in enhancing customer relationships and ensuring seamless communication between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
What's in it for you?
1. Contract Type: Permanent, Full time
2. Working Pattern: 8.30am to 5pm - this is an office-based role
3. Salary: £30k to £35k plus 23 days plus BH, flexi-working and a chance to increase holiday days, pension and much more!
4. Start Date: ASAP for handover until April 26
Your Key Responsibilities:
5. Deliver high-quality customer service and proactively seek feedback.
6. Handle customer inquiries through emails and phone calls.
7. Create, manage, and distribute quotations to support the sales team.
8. Process and review customer orders, keeping key strategic clients updated.
9. Generate delivery documents and coordinate with logistics partners to meet deadlines.
10. Address expedition requests and resolve any delays.
11. Regularly assess inventory levels and ensure stock availability aligns with forecasts.
12. Attend meetings with sales managers to gain insights into projects and customer forecasts.
13. Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
14. Achieve quality standards and KPI targets for continual improvement.
15. Assist with office administrative tasks, including filing and archiving.
What We're Looking For:
16. Experience within a customer services role.
17. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
18. Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
19. A confident, proactive attitude towards customers and suppliers.
20. Proficiency in IT skills, ideally in Oracle and SAP
