Are you passionate about fashion, customer experience, and leading high-performing teams? We're looking for an inspiring Store Manager to lead a busy Belfast flagship store and bring the brand to life through exceptional retail execution and team leadership.
A dynamic and growing fashion and lifestyle retailer with a loyal customer base and a distinctive brand voice. Known for curated collections, premium service, and vibrant store environment.
The Role
As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for driving commercial performance, developing your team, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You'll bring energy, leadership, and a deep understanding of retail operations to one of our most important locations.
Store Manager Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire, and develop your team to achieve sales and service targets
* Deliver an exceptional and consistent customer experience
* Ensure operational excellence, including stock management, visual merchandising, and compliance
* Analyse store performance and implement action plans to drive growth
* Be a brand ambassador both in-store and in the wider community
Store Manager Experience
* Proven retail management experience, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or premium brands
* Commercially driven with a strong understanding of KPIs and performance metrics
* Inspirational leadership style with a focus on coaching and development
* Customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding service
* Highly organised and confident in managing store operations
