Conveyancing Solicitor/Conveyancer

The Role
* Manage your own caseload of residential property matters, including freehold, leasehold and shared ownership transactions
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients, Estate Agents and Lenders
* Ensure files are progressed efficiently and in line with business targets
* Support junior team members and contribute to the overall success of the department
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ PQE qualified Solicitor, or equivalent experience
* Proven experience managing your own conveyancing caseload
* Strong organisational and IT skills, including case management systems
* Commercial awareness and ability to meet fee targets
* Excellent client care and communication skills
