Hatherley Manor Hotel & Spa is a stunning 4* hotel spanning across the glorious Gloucestershire countryside.
We are recruiting a Junior Sous Chef to join our friendly and dynamic kitchen team.
Each day will be different, whether it be serving a banqueting menu in one of our 5 function rooms, creating lunches for our onsite spa café or plating dinner in our 1 rosette Thyme at the Manor restaurant, you will be busy with a variety of menus.
Each week you will be expected to work 5 out of 7 hours and work an average of 45 hours within those 5 days.
The ideal candidate will help with the following;
* Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within each section
* Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
* Following the correct Health and Safety procedures
* Following the correct Food Safety procedures
* Monitoring portion and waste control
* Assist in maintaining kitchen and food safety standards
The ideal candidate will have had at least 3 years experience as a Chef de Partie

Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
