Regional Customer Account Manager\n\nLondon & South-West\n\n£40,000 - £45,000 plus company car & excellent benefits\n\nFUNCTION\n\nBecome a main point of contact between Major Account/Client and Company, maintaining the highest standards of delivery service to the company’s internal and external customers. Provide technical consultation either by phone, web or face to face; work with Franchisees, Operations; Equipment, Construction Department and the Service Companies.\n\nThis role covers the South-West – as far as Salisbury and the London Region. This will require travel to Client sites 3-4 days per week.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nCustomer Contact:\n\n * Visiting Client’s sites as required\n\n * Produce firm schedules and timelines\n\n * Gather future business information\n\n * Discuss and resolve open issues\n\n * Act as primary contact for Customer issues and outstanding account balances\n\n * Communicates internally with all Departments e.g.
Engineering, Manufacturing, and Purchasing\n\n * Answers regarding customer questions regarding sales contracts, resolving any issues\n\n * Verify order integrity for entry in computer\n\n * Prepare and distribute sales contracts and other correspondence with Customer\n\nOrder Fulfillment Process. New Site & Remodel Sales:\n\n * Gather information (equipment selection) for Customer Site Order\n\n * Make necessary changes to Equipment Order\n\n * Follows up with customer to obtain sales orders\n\n * Invoice contracts\n\n * Ensure timely release of sales orders and contracts to meet customer requirements\n\n * Manages projects through the various steps from start to completion\n\n * Managing Excess and Obsolete issues\n\nShipping:\n\n * Communicate shipping information and timelines to internal staff\n\n * Investigate better methods of shipping and delivery\n\nInstallation:\n\n * Communicate job-site requirements\n\n * Visit and inspect sites as required\n\n * Communicate any installation issues to internal departments\n\n * Answer Installers requests and/or help resolve problems and issues\n\n * Arrange shipment of necessary items to complete installation\n\n * Communicate and resolve Customer issues\n\n * Follow-up on open issues to assure completion and customer satisfaction\n\nResupply\n\n * Technical Sales / selection consultations\n\n * Promotion of Company as a resupply partner\n\n * Communicate and resolve Customer issues\n\n * Follow-up with Customer to ensure satisfaction
