Job Description
1. Manage all aspects of assigned projects from pre-construction to close-out
2. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
3. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project success
4. Review and approve project submittals, RFIs, and change orders
5. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
6. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders

The Successful Applicant
7. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
8. 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
9. Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
10. Excellent communication and leadership skills
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
