About the Role
Gloucestershire County Council are seeking experienced Social Workers to join their various teams across their six localities. As a Childrens Social Worker, you will be instrumental in delivering a first-class service to ensure the best outcomes for the children and young people of Gloucestershire. Through building positive relationships with colleagues within the service and partner agencies, you will ensure the company is able to provide support and protection for children and young people in need and at risk.

Social Work England registration
Experience within Children's Social Care
A recognised qualification in Social Work
To have passed your Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE)
A full driving licence and willingness to drive
Enhanced DBS clearanceAs well as your experience as a frontline social worker, there are some things we require of you to be successfully appointed to this post. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Social Workers to join a focused and ambitious local authority.
The Teams
The teams that we are looking to recruit into are MASH, Assessment, Safeguarding, DCYPS, Permanency teams 0-11 years and 11-25 years.
Salary and Benefits
Between £34,723 - £42,503 per annum subject to experience
