Responsibilities

* Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards within the kitchen environment.
* Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked at all times.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
* Monitor food costs and waste management to maintain profitability while upholding quality standards.

Experience
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
