Were looking for a Data Analyst to join our Sustainability & Technical teamhelping us shape the future of low-carbon building materials through intelligent data management, carbon tracking, and sustainability reporting. Whether you're calculating life cycle emissions, cleaning and validating technical data, or producing reports that influence project tenders and sustainability goalsyoull be at the heart of our progress.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) to measure the environmental footprint of our products and support the creation of Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs).
Maintain and improve the accuracy of our mortars and ready-mix carbon calculator, ensuring alignment with EPDs and third-party verification standards.
Prepare high-quality carbon reports for projects, tenders, and live contractsmaking complex data accessible and impactful for our stakeholders.
Lead data cleansing, validation, and maintenance in FireQ and SAP systems, supporting consistent and timely information flow across the business. Manage duplicate resolution and data migration.
Evaluate and improve technical sustainability datasets within the Technical Division. Assess data quality relating to binder types, recycled materials, and sustainability methodology to identify key areas for improvement.
Monitor key sustainability metrics for Construction Demolition Materials (CDM) and Mortars. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance our environmental performance.
Who You Are A skilled data analyst with a keen interest in sustainability, carbon tracking, or environmental science .
Comfortable working with large data sets, technical frameworks, and cross-functional teams.
Experienced with data validation, cleansing, and integration, ideally in systems like SAP or FireQ .
Confident producing reports and presenting complex data in a clear, engaging way.
Organised, curious, and solutions-focusedyoure always thinking one step ahead.
Familiarity with LCAs, EPDs, or sustainability data would be a bonus, but not essential.
