Role Overview:
Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Redditch Borough Council for Administration Officer to support the Housing Property Service Training Managers with sourcing third-party trainers to deliver on-site Health & Safety training (e.g. Asbestos Awareness, Digger training).
Key Responsibilities:
Liaising with Training Managers to understand training requirements
Sourcing suitable external training providers
Contacting at least three suppliers per requirement to obtain quotes
Coordinating training delivery within set deadlines
Maintaining accurate records and reports of all activity
Monitoring training budget: £175k
Working through an existing schedule of training needs with fixed deadlinesThe successful candidate will have strong communication skills, as the role involves stakeholder coordination and supplier engagement.
