Highlights:
* £28000 basic + 10% annual bonus
* Car allowance up to £350
* All expenses covered (Accommodation, food, travel)
This is a hybrid opportunity combining visiting clients face to face and working remotely to identify new business opportunities to grow the client base. You will have the fantastic opportunity to hone your sales skills on clients sites.
Ideally, the successful candidate will be able to get to the Crewe HQ twice a week.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and develop long-term relationships with key customers.
* Generate new profitable sales & Engineering Project opportunities within nominated key customers & prospects to develop FFT’s presence within the existing customer group and the market at large.
* Develop & proactively manage account growth plans.
* Assist in developing an efficient and effective operative plan for key markets and key allocated customers as required.
* Shadow senior account managers as well as senior sales people.
* Shadow the engineering team to learn the products and sales process.
What we're looking for:
* A passion for learning, being naturally curious.
* A valid UK driving license is a must.
* Confident and strong communication skills.
* A "can do" attitude with a desire to get stuck in.
* Willingness to travel and visit clients across the West Midlands area.
* Ability to commute to Crewe weekly.
* Experience or interest in the engineering industry.
