Mid-Level Construction Solicitor
A prominent international law firm is seeking a talented mid-level Non-Contentious Construction Lawyer to join its London office. Known for its expertise in the energy, infrastructure, and real estate sectors, the firm offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in advising on and drafting construction documents for major infrastructure and energy projects, including EPC contracts, development agreements, and professional appointments. Drafting and negotiating key construction agreements, including JCT and NEC contracts.
Advising on procurement strategies, risk mitigation, and project delivery mechanisms.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on complex projects across sectors.
Contributing to business development to enhance the firm's construction law offering.
3-5 years' PQE in non-contentious construction law, ideally gained at a leading firm or in-house.
