Community Integrated Care is recruiting for an Advanced Support Worker, with flexible shift patterns. This role involves supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism, who have complex needs, to lead fulfilling lives. Benefits include:

This is a new purpose-built service for five individuals requiring support 24/7, initially with 2:1 staffing, potentially changing as residents settle. Shift patterns are likely 10pm to 7am, with potential for longer or shorter shifts over time. Activities include walking, cycling, arts and crafts, baking, outings, and social activities. Candidates should have a Level 3 in Social Care or equivalent experience, with skills in mental health, autism, sensory communication, and physical health. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for supporting independence are essential. Training will include Positive Behaviour Support, Makaton, and PECS.
