Set in a beautiful part of Essex near the Heybridge Basin, the practice has been proudly serving the local community for over a decade. The practice is fully equipped with in-house lab facilities, digital x-ray, ultrasound, and multiparameter monitoring. A visiting surgery certificate holder supports with orthopaedics and more advanced procedures, allowing the team to handle a wide variety of cases.
The Role :
* Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon - 3 to 4 days per week (9am-7pm)
* 1 in 4 weekend rota, no out-of-hours or late nights
* Varied caseload including soft tissue, emergency, and routine surgery
* Clinical freedom to manage cases your way, with peer support when needed
* Opportunity for progression into a Senior or Clinical Lead position
What We're Looking For :
* Minimum 3-4 years' experience in UK small animal practice
* Confident in consultations, general surgery, and case management
* A strong communicator who thrives in a team environment
* Interest in developing clinical or leadership skills further
