The Role |
As a Front of House Manager, you will be a leader who is passionate about creating a positive environment for our guests and team. You will support and coach your team to excel, driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.
About You |
* You are passionate about supporting and developing your team, maintaining high standards.
* You have experience in shift planning and management, ensuring adequate coverage and coaching on the go.
* You understand managing labor, rotas, and have insights into restaurant financial performance.
* You enjoy celebrating successes, recognizing individual drives and needs.
