The objective of Ericsson Consulting is to deliver engagements that generate value for our customers and enable greater value to Ericsson. We are looking for a highly experienced Techno-Operational Consulting Leader to lead the NW & BOS Transformation Consulting practice and be part of the Global Consulting Leadership Team.

We need a highly regarded professional with proven expertise in Communication Service Providers (CSPs) across OSS, Core/Cloud, RAN, Telco Orchestration, SMO, with exposure to BSS Transformation domains. The practice engages in Autonomous Networks Strategy, O/BSS transformation, 5G Core/SA Value Argumentation, Cloud/HCP Operating Model, etc. This team combines solid technical expertise with operating model knowledge and a business mindset to advise CSPs.

Global Consulting Team Leader responsibilities
* Drive global P&L and define objectives of NW & BOS Transformation Consulting domain
* Identify, develop and manage portfolio of leading NW & BOS Transformation Consulting offerings
* Identify consulting opportunities by working with tech professionals – sales and solution architects
* Nurture and convert opportunities while contributing actively to consulting proposals
* Guide and lead delivery of consulting projects and programs across the globe
* Engage as a thought leader at CxO level
* Lead NW & BOS Transformation consulting team comprising senior members
* Manage stakeholders in consulting communities across geographies
* Actively contribute outside your domain to reach overall business objectives
Domain expertise details
Details include autonomous network orchestration, 5G Core and network, telco cloud transformation, operational transformation, Agile methodologies, OSS systems, certifications (TOGAF, ITIL, TMF, ODA), and Telco Cloud technology trends.
Qualification details
* 15+ years of professional experience including demonstrated ability to sell and deliver consulting projects
* Proven capability to sell and deliver Core / Technology / Operational Consulting projects with business mindset
* Previous experience leading consulting business, practice, and teams with P&L accountability
* Sound technical knowledge across Core, Cloud, RAN, Telco Orchestration, and B/OSS Transformation domains
* Sound delivery skills and ability to create plans aligning technical strategies with business ambition
* Strong people and team leadership skill with coaching and enabling individual development
* Excellent oral and written communication skills and high orientation toward innovation and learning
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, and preferably a Master’s in Business
Location & Travel
Opportunities globally; expected travel is 50% based on needs of the business.
