Responsibilities
* Support the Engagement Lead in developing an engaging and meaningful activity programme.
* Promote a whole team approach to Engagement and Wellbeing; planning within the B&M activity framework.
* Work with the Engagement Lead to plan activities for any hours on duty as Activity Organiser; ensuring there are suitable resources and the environment is appropriate.
* Consult with the Engagement Lead on any plans and in particular to request any additional resources that may be required.
* Provide support and companionship during activities.
* Identify any special interests that each resident may have and plan activities to support this.
Essential Skills, Characteristics and Experience
* Full UK Driving Licence
