Key Responsibilities
The key duties of the post holder will be to contribute to the teaching, delivery, development, research and administrative support of undergraduate and taught postgraduate MSc Clinical Practice and other related programmes; including the academic and personal support of students. In addition, you will be expected to contribute to the student recruitment and admissions of the Clinical Practice programme.
Qualifications and Requirements
Professional Membership/Registration is a desirable requirement for this role, along with a first degree and preferably a teaching qualification. We are particularly interested in candidates with contemporary experience in clinical Practice. A commitment to undertaking a PhD and membership of the Higher Education Academy is an essential requirement of the role. The successful candidate should demonstrate a practical awareness of current developments in Healthcare Education and be able to facilitate the creation and maintenance of a range of links between courses and the relevant professional sector.
