Key accountabilities : Responsible for the collection of outstanding debt, and oversight of all cash reconciliation. Work with and support the offshore Credit Control team and, providing clear information and a point of contact for any issues they may have. Act as a primary contact point to resolve all Credit Control issues In collaboration with the Credit Control Team Leader, review processes and procedures on a regular basis in order to identify efficiency gains, documenting and rolling out where required. Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley control documents relevant to the team and ensure that they are maintained in accordance with company guidelines. Regular reporting to the Credit Control Team Leader on all key responsibilities Required Experience: Attention to detail Minimum of fluency in French and English languages Experience within a Customer Service, processing or administrative role Experience of following written instructions, data entry and document/report drafting is advantageous I look forward to receiving your application.
