SHIFT PATTERN: Saturday & Sunday every Weekend, 16 hours per week

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
ABM UK is seeking a hardworking Cleaning Operative with a particular skillset. You will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, waste management, and other contractual tasks at our client's site. You will ensure that all tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively, meeting client expectations and company policies and procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. High level cleaning
2. Driving company site vehicles such as tugs, vans, and forklifts
3. Deep clean of washrooms
4. Periodic cleaning of stone flooring
5. Light maintenance
6. Waste management
7. Window cleaning
8. Use of scrubber driers, buffers and other cleaning equipment
9. Jet washing
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
10. Proven track record in delivering high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
11. Strong communication skills
12. Able to work within a team
13. Proactive with good attention to detail
14. Ability to work under pressure
QUALIFICATIONS
15. Driving Licence is essential
16. Forklift Counterbalance certificate would be beneficial
17. IPAF certificate would be beneficial
18. Health & Safety Certificate
