Office Administrator (Asset Suite 9 Project Support)

Hinkley Point C

Permanent role – Site based

We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join us on the MEH Alliance, working on the Hinkley Point C construction project as part of the Asset Suite 9 team, assisting in the rollout and update of the system across the project (no specific systems knowledge required, training will be provided). This is a full-time permanent position based onsite at Hinkley Point C.

Responsibilities:

* Support the Implementation Lead in aiding the adoption of the system across the project.
* Assist in coordinating onboarding of new users and the distribution and setup of hardware equipment (Tablets).
* Monitor, identify, support, and record training requirements by observing user performance.
* Ensure compliance with system-related processes and procedures.
* Assist the Implementation Lead in providing end-to-end reports (Materials, Construction, Handover).

Requirements:

* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of programs.
* Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.
* Excellent written and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

We are delivering infrastructure across both Hinkley Point C units, creating 1,000 jobs, including many specialist engineers. Our work includes designing and installing approximately 76,000 cables totaling over 3,000 km, over 180 km of cable containment systems, fire and environmental sealing, earthing systems, and data acquisition and plant control packages.
