You'll lead the evolution of our influencer ecosystem, from established creator partnerships through to performance‑led programmes and untapped UGC potential. You won't just run campaigns, you'll build a full‑funnel approach that connects brand, social, digital and commercial performance, driving measurable growth while strengthening how we show up culturally. The Role:
* Own and evolve our influencer and creator strategy, making it a core, always‑on growth channel
* Deliver a full‑funnel approach, from brand awareness through to measurable sales impact
* Build and manage a clear creator ecosystem, including ambassadors, performance creators and UGC
* Lead and develop a team, creating clarity, focus and opportunities to growPartner closely with Brand, PR, Social, Digital and Commercial teams to deliver integrated campaigns
* Scale performance‑led influencer activity, including affiliate and paid amplification
* Align influencer plans with key trading moments and product priorities
* Build strong relationships with creators and agencies, setting the standard for high‑quality, authentic content
* Use data and insight to optimise performance, investment and creator mix
The Person:
* Experience leading influencer strategy within a retail, FMCG or consumer brand, either from inhouse or agency
* A strong understanding of how influencer drives both brand and commercial outcomes
* Experience working across social, digital, PR and performance marketing
* Knowledge of affiliate models, paid social amplification and creator platforms (e.g. CreatorIQ)
* Confidence managing stakeholders across multiple teams in a fast‑paced environment
* Experience leading or mentoring others, with a collaborative and supportive approach
* A data‑led mindset, with the ability to turn insight into action
