CAREER OPPORTUNITY – SALARY UP TO £70K, TAMWORTH WEST MIDLANDS BASED, QUANTITY SURVEYOR, MULTIPLE PROJECTS, CAREER PROGRESSION, RESIDENTIAL GROUNDWORKS.
An opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to join a Tamworth, West Midlands based Residential Groundworks Business on their commercial team. The client has had continual growth and is looking for an Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business. A £100m turnover Groundworks business which projects in Commercial and Residential groundworks.
Duties:
•Optimising contract profitability
•Provide quotations to clients for variations
•Comprehensive understanding of Residential Groundworks
•Accurate monthly cost and value reports
•All other daily tasks performed by a Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:
•Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks
•Time management skills and meeting deadlines
•Experience in value engineering
•Proficient in all Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Remuneration:
•Up to £70,000
