Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic, proactive, and commercially minded Business Development Executive with a proven track record in healthcare to drive growth across new and existing client segments. This is a unique opportunity to help scale an elite performance health brand that is already trusted by high-performing individuals and organisations globally.
The ideal candidate will combine commercial acumen with a strong understanding of clinical services and will be passionate about delivering healthcare that is innovative, personalised, and results-driven. A clinical background is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Development Strategy: Identify, assess, and prioritise new business opportunities in line with Remedy’s growth strategy across corporate health, elite sport, the entertainment industry, and UHNW sectors.
* Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with agents, managers, medical directors, performance directors, and executive teams.
* Service Expansion: Work with internal clinical and operational teams to shape service offerings that meet emerging client needs and market trends.
* Lead Generation & Sales: Drive inbound and outbound business development efforts, manage the sales pipeline, and convert leads into high-value clients.
* Partnership Development: Establish referral networks with consultants, clinics, corporate health providers, and sports organisations.
* Proposal Development: Prepare and present tailored business proposals, presentations, and tenders for high-level stakeholders.
* Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends in health performance, private healthcare, and elite wellness services to inform strategy.
* Performance Reporting: Track KPIs and present regular reports to senior leadership on growth metrics, client feedback, and strategic opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in relevant field
* Proven success in healthcare business development, ideally within high-performance, private, or concierge medical environments
* Clinical background (e.g. physiotherapy, medicine, sports therapy, or similar) highly advantageous
* Experience working alongside marketing team
* Strong commercial awareness and experience developing healthcare services for elite or high-net-worth individuals
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Able to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven culture
* Strong understanding of healthcare regulation and client confidentiality
* Experience preparing and presenting business cases and commercial proposals
* A strategic mindset with an eye for opportunities and long-term partnerships
