PE Teacher – SEN School (Permanent)

Salary: £31,650 - £43,607 per annum (MPS/UPS) + SEN Allowance
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable PE Teacher to deliver engaging physical education lessons tailored to students with a range of special educational needs. You'll be working within a well-resourced, inclusive environment that places student development and well-being at its heart.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver differentiated PE lessons that meet the needs of students with diverse abilities and needs.
* Support the physical, social, and emotional development of pupils through inclusive sports and fitness activities.
* Collaborate with SEN staff, therapists, and families to create a consistent and supportive learning experience.
* Promote an active lifestyle and encourage participation and confidence through physical education.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (desirable but not essential)
* Experience teaching PE, ideally with exposure to SEN environments (though not essential).
* A creative and flexible approach to teaching and learning.
* Strong classroom management and excellent interpersonal skills.
