Project Manager Location : Brighton Manage resources to fulfil projects safely, on time and to required quality, while maximising customer satisfaction and gross profit. This role includes working with stakeholders of all levels across projects, and the implementation of all policies, including health and safety and risk management. The client will provide strategic planning, option selection, preconstruction surveys, design, and construction management services across both water and wastewater projects. Project Managers will be assigned to either multiple or single projects depending on scale and complexity. Key Tasks and Accountabilities - Manage, support and develop the whole team to help achieve the best possible results for the project and employees. - Implement policies, procedures and standards, including health and safety to ensure the project is completed safely, on time, within budget forecast, and to required quality and environmental standards. - Work collaboratively with all teams, including the wider teams, clients, designers, stakeholders and suppliers to ensure the project meets all objectives. - Oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and environmental regulations. - Monitor and report on project performance with respect to financial and programme targets - Provide leadership and direction for the team.
