Level 3 Nursery Practitioner / Teaching Assistant
Location: Stroud, Gloucestershire
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–4:00pm
Start Date: January (ongoing role)
Pay: £100 per day (inclusive of holiday pay, paid PAYE)
Thrive Education is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a lovely, nurturing pre-school in Stroud for a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner / Teaching Assistant. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a warm and supportive early-years setting where child-centred practice is at the heart of everything they do.
Important: Applicants who apply without a full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification will not be considered for this role.
About the Role
Support children’s learning and development through engaging, play-based activities
Work closely with the pre-school team to create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Assist in planning, observation and assessment
Uphold the pre-school’s ethos, values, and safeguarding standards
Work 5 days per week, 9am–4pm
