Job Description
Key Responsibilities
3. Full ownership of UK financials (approx. £15M turnover)
4. Month-end close and year-end audit lead
5. Budgeting process (starting July, year-end in September)
6. Liaison with auditors and preparation of schedules
7. Potential to bring payroll back in-house (currently outsourced)
8. Support and collaborate with UK management team (Sales, Ops, etc.)
9. Identify and explain financial variances

The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
12. A professional qualification in accounting, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
13. Strong experience in financial reporting and planning within a similar sector.
14. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
15. Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
16. A solid understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
17. The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
