Job Description
Strategic Leadership
* Collaborate with the MD and senior leadership to develop and execute the operational strategy aligned with business goals.
* Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans, associated KPIs, and performance metrics.
* Provide regular reporting to the MD on operational performance, quality and ional Oversight
* Lead and oversee daily operations across 3 sites, with multiple departments such as production, customer service and quality control.
* Develop and implement efficient systems, processes, and policies to improve productivity and quality.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal regulations, and internal Leadership and Development
* Manage, mentor, and develop multi-site teams and functional heads.
* Promote a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and CI
* Champion employee engagement and effective change management ial & Resource Management
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, both for operational expenses and capex requirements
* Identify areas to improve cost-efficiency without compromising service or & Quality Management
* Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and other regulatory requirements.
* Monitor operational risks, production quality and implement mitigation strategies.
* Establish systems for monitoring quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
