Role Overview
As a Lean Six Sigma Coach, you'll be a key driver of the continuous improvement journey for our client's diverse portfolio of customers. Your primary focus will be on coaching and mentoring client teams across a range of industries, guiding them to lead their own projects and find innovative solutions. You won't be running projects yourself; you will be empowering others to succeed. You'll work closely with client personnel, building strong relationships and fostering a collaborative environment where a data-driven approach to problem-solving thrives. Our client has comprehensive training materials, so you'll be able to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities
Coach and mentor client teams and individuals on Lean Six Sigma tools (up to Green Belt) and techniques.
Guide and support colleagues in leading their own process improvement projects using the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control) and Lean methodologies.
Deliver training using our client's existing comprehensive materials to upskill their client's workforce.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving.
Analyse data to help teams identify areas of waste and inefficiency.
Qualifications
Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification/accreditation is essential
Proven experience in a Lean Six Sigma coaching, practitioner or leadership role, with a focus on mentoring others
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will coach teams across a range of competencies and seniorities
A deep understanding of the DMAIC methodology is a key requirement
Excellent coaching skills, with the ability to quickly assess an individual's learning style (e.g., Visual, Auditory, Reading/Writing, and Kinesthetic) and adapt your approach accordingly.
A passion for continuous improvement and a demonstrated ability to be hands-on, regardless of the industry you've worked in
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
The ability to influence and inspire others without direct authority
