Responsibilities

* Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate their progress to parents or guardians.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices.
* Maintain classroom discipline and promote a respectful learning atmosphere.
* Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and practices.
Requirements
* A recognised teaching qualification with Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) is essentia.
* Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively.
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the varied learning needs of students.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in lesson planning and assessment documentation.
* Experience working with children or young adults in an educational setting is desirable but not mandatory.
