Do you have a passion for coaching and mentoring colleagues? Are you experienced doing so in a B2B, Sales environment? As a Sales Team Manager you will lead, inspire and drive performance of a diverse sales team to achieve company goals and deliver an excellent customer experience. You will take responsibility for building and maintaining strong relationships with a large portfolio of established accounts as well as proactively generating new business.
As a Sales Team Manager your duties will include but are not limited to:
Managing and supporting your team to deliver end-to-end sales processes and customer experience.
Leading and coaching the team in various stages of the sales process.
You will have the ability to provide clear performance expectations and goals.
Creating a culture where behavioural and work rate expectations are understood and met by the team, whether working from home or at the office.
Recognising and celebrating the success of the team or individuals.
Encouraging and motivating the team to achieve all project SLAs, KPIs and quality targets.
Identifying root cause when key results are not met and taking ownership of meeting deadlines for actions and objectives.
Supporting team members development goals and regularly reviewing progress against agreed Personal Development Plans.
