Job Description:
We are seeking a new team member to lead our Hygiene services. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the practice owner to develop and expand our hygiene care. Our practice has an active patient base that is looking for hygiene support, and we are committed to growing this service within the community as prevention is a core part of care commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality dental hygiene services to patients, including scaling and polishing, periodontal treatments, and preventive care.
* Educate patients on oral health and preventive care, and provide tailored advice to meet their individual needs.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
* Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide comprehensive care to patients.
Requirements:
* Qualified Dental Hygienist with current GDC registrations.
* Proven experience in a private dental practice.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
* A proactive and enthusiastic approach to patient care and service development.
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical practice and patient care.
* An entrepreneurial spirit.
